Amla is a sour gooseberry-like fruit that has been used in Ayurveda for thousands of years. It aids healthy digestion at all stages and kindles ‘agni’ whilst simultaneously cooling excess heat. A great source of Vitamin C, this beneficial fruit also contains tannins that help to maintain its goodness despite processing or preservation. This Kalsi box includes an award winning Chyawanprash (Ayurvedic amla jam) from Ayurveda Pura, plus plenty of other treats to keep your chakras in balance too. Also look out for the aromatherapy roll-ons from Villiers London; a refreshing blend of citrus and spice essential oils that will help to brighten and stimulate the senses.Let's dive in and talk more about the contents of your box...
