The Vata dosha is comprised of air and ether energy. It’s light, free-flowing, spacey, and ever so occasionally forgetful. 😵
If Vata came on top in your test result, then there’s a good chance you are a passionate and creative soul, yet often indecisive; frequently starting more projects than you can complete. The Vata dosha is also flexible and dynamic, which can be seen by others as being a bit flakey and unpredictable.
When Vata is in balance, you will feel creative, idealistic, and artistic. When Vata is out of balance, you can become anxious, fearful, and unable to sleep.
It’s important to note that all 3 doshas are in everybody, and so anyone can experience a Vata, Pitta or Kapha imbalance (aggravation) at any given time due to a number of varying factors (seasonal, age, climate and other environmental influences).
However, most people will have 1 or 2 dominant dosha(s) in their result and these are the ones you should pay attention to especially as they’re most natural and dominant to your physical and mental character.
